Welcome to the reflect blog. If you've found us, you're probably curious about mindfulness & well-being and may even be searching for ways to improve your own life. You're in good company. We believe life is stressful, and everyone can benefit from talking to someone. Our goal is to create the gym for your soul & help you find the right person.  But just like with physical fitness, some of the progress happens when you're not in seeing a trainer. We hope to use this format to provide helpful tips for managing stress, incorporating mindfulness, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
