Payments for sessions must be made via credit or debit card based on the authorization form you submitted before your first session. Your card will be run after each session, and you will receive a receipt via email.

48-hour cancellation policy
Cancellations and rescheduled sessions will be subject to a full charge if not received at least 48 hours in advance. This is necessary because a time commitment is made by your therapist and is held exclusively for you.

reflect does not take in-network insurance. However, many insurance plans offer reimbursement for out-of-network providers. Your saved credit card will be charged after each session. Filing for reimbursement is handled between you and your insurance company. reflect can help facilitate this process in some cases. We encourage you to research alternatives with your employer and insurance provider.
Deductibles and coverage may vary by plan. Receipts you receive via email after each session may serve as proof of payment. Some insurance requires a “Superbill” (or itemized receipt) to process out-of-network reimbursement for therapy. Our team can coordinate the completion of a Superbill with your therapist on a monthly basis to ensure the information is accurate and comprehensive.

Your employer may have plans that let you set aside tax-deductible funds for medical benefits in the form of a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flex Spending Account (FSA). reflect can accept HSA/FSA debit cards as your default payment.
If you’re enrolled in a HSA/FSA, the receipts you receive after each session should be sufficient, but some employers may require additional documentation. If they require additional documentation, fill out the form above, and our team will reach out to coordinate.
